A Brief Note on Wales and How to Find Us

Wales is a bi-lingual country of about 3 million people with the native Welsh language being one of the oldest European languages still spoken.
One of only six Celtic nations, Wales contains some of the most interesting and varied scenery in the United Kingdom as well as a range of historic buildings and castles left behind by the native Welsh Princes and English conquerors.
The National Park contains the highest peaks in Wales reaching over 3,000 feet. Amongst these, Cader Idris is an imposing mountain standing majestically at the southern edge of the Snowdonia National Park with slopes descending into valleys of breathtaking beauty.
Doldeheuwydd sits in one such valley, the Talyllyn Valley, where streams and rivers flow through lakes and falls, past an abundance of fine sandy

When you get much nearer to Doldeheuwydd then follow these directions:-

Travelling from Tywyn
Leave Tywyn on A493 towards Bryncrug and on entering the village, take B4405 to Talyllyn. Doldeheuwydd is 2 miles from Bryncrug on left hand side.
Travelling from Talyllyn
Take the B4405 off the A487 to Abergynolwyn. Travel through village, go on 2 miles and after seeing the Dolgoch Falls on your left, Doldeheuwydd is the first farm on your right ½ mile after Dolgoch.
